Sofame Technologies Inc. is providing a bi-weekly update on further
developments at the company in accordance with Policy 12-203 -
Cease Trade Orders for Continuous Disclosure Defaults. Sofame
expects to file its audited annual financial statements, management
discussion and analysis ("MD&A") and CEO and CFO certifications
for the year ended September 30, 2014
by March 29, 2015.
In February, Sofame received a new Percotherm® order for a major
direct-contact heat recovery system for the CHUM super hospital in
Montreal. Sofame is also strengthening is distribution
network across Canada, and has
recently appointed Enviroair in Halifax, as its representative for Eastern
Canada. At any given moment, Sofame's sales pipeline
comprises over three dozen active projects in various stages of
design, costing and bidding.
According to John Gocek, Sofame's
President, "Industrial quoting activity across Canada is increasing. This is a welcome
development at a time when low oil prices are an unexpected
obstacle to selling more frac heaters in Alberta."
Certain directors, officers and insiders are prohibited from
trading in securities of the company for as long as the annual
financial statements, MD&A and related certifications are not
filed. In the event the audit is not completed within the
delay, a general Cease Trade Order will be imposed.
All persons, other than directors, officers or insiders, may
trade freely in the Corporation's securities.
