Siyata Mobile Wins First Responder Contract Valued at Over $1.9MM

Siyata Mobile Inc. (the "Company" or "Siyata") (TSX-V:SIM)
(OTCQX:SYATF) is pleased to announce it has won a first responder
contract valued at over $1.5MM for multiple Push-to-Talk Over
Cellular (“PoC”) devices, including accessories.
In addition to the devices sold, the contract also includes
three (3) year recurring software revenue valued at $450k. The
Company expects the contract to double in size in 2018.

Together with the Company’s UCP100 and UCP200
Uniden® 3G devices, the Uniden® portfolio now bears an additional
two (2) 4G/LTE cellular devices. The UV350, the world’s first
4G/LTE all-in-one fleet communications device and the CP250, a
connected vehicle tablet/DVR 4G/LTE device built for lighter
vehicles.
According to the United States Department of
Transportation, in 2015 there were over 12 million fleet vehicles
