AiXin Life International, Inc. (the “Company”) filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K on May 1, 2023, and is unable to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2023, because its accounting personnel have not had sufficient time since the filing of its 10-K to complete the financial statements required to be included therein, and the review procedures related thereto, which delay could not be eliminated by the Company without unreasonable effort and expense.
