NOW if this was a real company they acquired, and the new CEO wasn't just a scapegoat for the old company execs to be able to run and hide... they would have issued the shares at a realistic number like maybe 0.80 or a 1.00 even to make all the shareholders believe in the company.. I don't know anything though...

AVIX Acquires Food Distribution Company in China

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - Mar 9, 2015) - AVIX Technologies, Inc. ("AVIX") (OTC PINK: AVIX) announced today that the Company has acquired QingDao He Wei Yuan Food Co., Ltd, a limited liability company located in Ping Du QingDao, Shan Dong Province, China.

The Closing of the acquisition occurred on February 20, 2015, whereby AVIX acquired 100% of QingDao He Wei Yuan Food Co. Ltd. through a Stock Purchase Agreement for US $350,000 (THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS) paid by the issuance of 35,000,000 (THIRTY FIVE MILLION) shares of common stock at a value of $.01 per share. The stock was issued with a one-year restriction as may be permitted under Rule 144 under the Securities Act of 1933.

The Company also announced the appointment of CEO Zhang Tao to the positions of President, Secretary and Treasurer. Mr. Zhang Tao is now the sole Director of AVIX.

It looks like after the split we will have 500,000 o/s and 50,000 in the float. If this new company comes in with a multi million dollar company and profitable. This could fly from the 1.70 or so post split. Lets hope this a great company that is taking over this shell.

So most of you believers are holding till after the split? At this point too much of a loss for me to bother, so hanging in there hoping it works out to our advantage. Here's hoping, GLTA.

I agree and this is a real company with real revs. We should know with in a few weeks how this will play out.

At these prices Easy to make 10x the money so 1-1000 = $.17 after set up GOES to $1.70 this is seen all to often this is going to be a REAL COMPANY with REAL REV's. $10k = $100k or $5k = $50k low float will make it Happen easy.Probably goes much higher on the low float basis but DO NOT GET GREEDY.I'm waiting for somebody to call me with update but they are on Holidays will let you know what these guys are up to when I get the full picture ok. I believe this could become very interesting come mid January. It looks like a china telecom will be merging into the shell with 16 mil in revenue. This could turn out to be very profitable in the coming year. I'am willing to take the chance to see how this plays out. Its going to have 500,000 O/S and 50,000 in the float with a 1-1000 reverse split. This will move quickly on little volume.

More like KASPLAT...reverse split announced yesterday.

500,000 total authorized shares. Shareholders obviously don't know something. Why would successful Chinese CEO take over lowly penny stock with seemingly no assets and then 1-to-1000 reverse split? It makes no financial sense for him to do that. The only logical thing is merger and attempt to up list to NASDAQ. If nothing else it is extremely interesting
