Blue Ridge Real Estate Company, or Blue Ridge, was incorporated in Pennsylvania on August 8, 1911. The properties of Blue Ridge and its subsidiaries consist of 9,405 acres of land owned by Blue Ridge, Northeast Land Company, Flower Fields Motel, LLC located in the Pocono Mountains of Eastern Pennsylvania . Income is derived from these lands through leases, selective timbering by third parties, sales and other dispositions. These properties include the Jack Frost National Golf Course, Boulder View Tavern, Big Boulder Lake Mountain Club, a commercial property comprised of 3 acres of vacant land, one single family home held for investment, two sewage treatment facilities, a members-only fly fishing club, a corporate headquarters building and other miscellaneous facilities.
