Betawave Begins Trading Under New Ticker Symbol

Betawave Corporation (OTCBB:BWAV) (www.Betawave.com, formerly
known as GoFish Corporation) announces that effective Friday,
February 27, 2009, the ticker symbol for the company�s common stock
will change from �GOFH� to �BWAV.� The company has also received a
new CUSIP number (08660F 100) for its common stock. This follows
the company�s name change from GoFish Corporation to Betawave
Corporation previously announced in January 2009 and the completion
of a $22.5 million financing in December 2008.
Stockholders may exchange their current stock certificates for
stock certificates reflecting the new company name and new CUSIP
number, but are not required to do so. Stockholders interested in
