Deutsche Boerse AG on Wednesday set growth targets until 2023 as
part of its mid-term strategy.
The German stock exchange operator said it expects net revenue
growth of about 10% a year on average until 2023, with an
increasingly important contribution from mergers and
acquisitions.
The M&A contribution to net revenue should rise to around
5%, the company said.
Deutsche Boerse projects average annual growth of around 10% for
earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization as
well as for earnings per share until 2023.
"The long-term trends in the financial markets support our solid
growth. They will not greatly be affected by Corona. Corona has a
rather cyclical character for us," Chief Executive Theodor Weimer
said.
