In Texas where the DTII Distributor is, The State fare is going with another system, DTII'S distributor has not sold any portals since they purchased them 10 months ago.

Certifications
For Certification, a technology must have demonstrated confidence of continued effectiveness: i.e., it will perform as intended, conform to the seller’s specifications, and is safe for use as intended.
