Tel Aviv, November 1, 2015 – Elron Electronic Industries Ltd. (TASE: ELRN) today announced, further to its announcement on October 6, 2015, the details of which are herein incorporated by reference, that the sale of all the shares of Jordan Valley semiconductors Ltd. to Bruker Scientific Israel Ltd., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Bruker Corporation was completed.
