The Registrant notified the Israeli Securities Authority on March 13, 2016 as follows:
 
 
1.
Mr Arie Ovadia resigned as director of the Registrant.
 
2.
The Registrant also filed the updated list of its Officers and Directors reflecting the above change as well as the appointment of Mr. Mr. Eduardo Elsztain as Chairman of the board of directors of the Registrant and Mr. Saul Zang as Vice Chairman of the board of directors of the Registrant.
