NASSAU, Bahamas, June 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global

Philippine Licensee, Spectrum Blue Steel is planning to deploy
1,500 Biosphere Systems under their license. In a press

Officer explained that with a population of 88 million people in
some 1700 cities and municipalities nationwide, Spectrum expects to
install about 1,500 Biosphere facilities in the Philippines. The
Spectrum Team is coordinating with the Union of Local Associations
of the Philippines (ULAP) thru its President, Mayor Benjur Abalos
in connection with the Project. ULAP is the umbrella organization
of all governors, mayors and all officials over 1,700 towns and
cities nationwide. Spectrum is a domestic corporation duly
