Some custodian dude who got busted by SEC like a few days ago. I'm not sure if he had any involvement with this one but the guy kinda sucks

Reverse Merger. The concept of bringing an active asset (business) into an empty stock ticker that is trading Current. Those are usually the biggest gainers on the entire OTC Market. There is potential.
