Resources Inc (OTC:IDCN) today announces it has entered into an
agreement with Prestige Procurement and Networking Services

Prestige to manage their Investor Relations programs from Bangkok,
Thailand and also assist with its expansion in Asia. Indocan
Resources is invested in oil and natural gas production in Texas
