L'Oreal SA (OR.FR) said Tuesday that it has entered exclusive talks to sell its Roger & Gallet fragrance and skincare brand to French investment holding Impala.

The cosmetics and consumer-products giant didn't disclose the value of any potential deal, but said the brand generated sales of 52 million euros ($75.6 million) in 2018.

The deal could close this summer, L'Oreal said. impala
