Is management about to make a major announcement?

I never like reading something into a filing that isn't there, but the way the 1-SA is worded has me wondering if the company is about to announce production with Winner!

We all know about Winner Medical development and final outcome. But notice how today's Semiannual Report (1-SA) is worded.


The primary use of the capital over the next 12 months


will be to establish and scale up manufacturing capabilities. This is a critical step in commercializing our technology, as it will enable us to produce at a volume necessary to meet market demand. Additionally, the funding will be allocated towards obtaining necessary performance testing, certifications, and regulatory approvals, which are crucial for market entry, especially in industries that are heavily regulated. This process will ensure that our products not only meet the highest standards of quality and safety but also comply with industry-specific regulations. Furthermore, a portion of the capital will be dedicated to strengthening our supply chain and logistics framework, ensuring that we can deliver our products efficiently and reliably to our customers.

Given how management has been careful to NOT pump this stock. I find it more than interesting that they have identified the use of funds over the "next 12-months" here. As opposed to simply referring to the use of funds.

Knowing the trails with Winner were successful and given the timing, don't be surprised that an investor first requires proof of an agreement with Winner that is "pending" the financing. We "may" be closer to news than some believe.

My money says we are close to a Winner outcome, but that's just me.

$MGON I don't think this is looking better with this WEAK BID of .008 for this SCAM!

I'm looking forward to 2025 here. I'm expecting good things.

We must also look at share structure (We aren't even at 1/3 of a billion shares yet), holders, management, as well as the progress made by management this year. Leaps and bounds being made just this year alone landing multiple large-deals to begin revenue generation, and a huge partnership with a multi-billion dollar health conglomerate in China for the SAP testing. IF the testing goes well, this company will explode. Winner Medical has already said that they will use $MGON's SAPs in their own product if all gos well with testing. At that point, I believe no MM can hold this stock down.

YTD finishing ~600% for YOY gains is still very impressive! I'm very happy with finishing at .012 when the start of 2023 saw us at .00245. Very strong hands here and patiently waiting for what's to come this year! (This one is not for the faint of heart)

Or organic growth unlike the blatant stock price manipulation that some stocks like $GEVI see. Also, stock price is not one of the qualifiable standards to uplist into the NYSE. You should know this by now with how many dozens of times I've linked the qualifications to you.

$MGON How is this not like an average OTC stock? They are raising money with a Regulation A and it's .015 for a pps and that's much higher than .002 it's been most of the year. Just saying 

Agreed, this is not your avg OTC stock that's for sure! This company is operating like an actual company that wants to hit NYSE someday. I've been doing this for 15 years and somedays this company just feels too good to be true.

On August 7th, 2024, The Company executed a Supply and Distribution Agreement with Kane & McHenry Enterprises for the non-exclusive distribution of the Company’s mobile device protection formulation. The Company expects the first shipment under this Agreement to be fulfilled before the end of August. Kane & McHenry Enterprises sells their products under their own brand names into over 5,000 wireless stores in the United States as well as other channels globally. This customer was referred to the Company as part of the Liquidnano Customer Referral Agreement. The Company shipped the first order to Kane & McHenry on October 1st, 2024, subsequent to this financial report.

Jeterex LLC

On August 8, 2024, the Company executed a Memorandum of Understanding and Temporary License Agreement with Jeterex LLC which granted them the right to manufacture treated air filters for odor control use in Cannabis growing facilities. Jeterex will purchase raw materials from the Company and also pay a royalty of 5% of sales. The company shipped the first order of 200lb of raw material on August 15, 2024.

Winner Medical Co., Ltd.

On September 27, 2024, the Company entered into a Product Evaluation Collaboration Letter with Winner Medical Co., Ltd. I always find it interesting when seeing an OTC actually break-down its total operating expenses and we don't see management paying themselves out with a large expense list.
