Solutions, Inc., (OTC: PNOW) announced today, that the Company and
Oveedia's development partners, have released initial projections
to private investment groups, conservatively placing valuations at
amounts anticipated to exceed $40M,
relatively shortly thereafter Oveedia's launch.
Both management and Pure's development partners, along with the
project's consultancy team, have aggressively begun communicating
with players in the financial community, for access to the right
capital, from the most appropriate investors, to expedite the
project's launch. The expectation of Oveedia's success is high.
Given Pure's original booking platform (Friendly Reservations
Online (FROL)) tested well across 118 properties, "the asset
already has legs," stated a Company Director. "This not only
establishes a current valuation for the platform in the lower seven
figures, but shortens the timeline between development and
launch."
Given the current evolutionary developments of online travel,
Pure and its development partners are in fact operating within a
