     On March 22, 2010, PostRock Energy Corporation (“PostRock”) issued a press release reporting consolidated operating results of PostRock’s predecessor entities for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference herein.
