LAS VEGAS, July 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Total Venue
Control and Phoenix Technology Holding Inc. today announced that
their cashless system with the SCTN (Pink Sheets: SCTN) patented
loyalty technology inside will be utilized during the American
Association of Independent Professional Baseball All Star Game at
the home of the Wichita Wingnuts, the Lawrence-Dumont Stadium in
Wichita, Kansas on July 27, 2010.
Cameron Wall of TVC stated that
many if not all of the 10 team league's GMs will be present at the
game. Also, senior officers of the Levy Entertainment Company
are expected to attend. All these executives will be viewing
the Phoenix/TVC Cashless Payment
System in action. "TVC will be utilizing wireless equipment
for in stadium ordering, including touch screen permanent equipment
with inventory control built-in. This turn-key, state of the
art cashless payment system will easily and efficiently allow for a
quick program implementation at any location in this or at any
other facility," Mr. Wall added.
Bernard F. McHale, CEO of
Phoenix and SCTN, stated that the
value proposition to teams/owners is extremely significant because
of the substantial increase in concession revenues to be earned at
the event. More than 50% of that increase should come from
the reduction in cash handling fraud alone and the other 50% will
come from the cashless system that makes it simpler and easier for
customers to purchase their items at the stadium, McHale noted.
Phoenix and TVC will also host
a private demonstration prior to, during and after the game for any
other parties who may attend. This unique total cashless
venue solution was pioneered by Total Venue Control with Phoenix
Technology providing the technology development and operating
system that allowed it to work in real time, creating a win-win
situation for all our clients, the executives concluded.
