TGI Group (PINK SHEETS: TSPG) (www.tgisolar.com) completes sale of Edgetech Systems Inc. as the company is looking forward to continue expanding in the renewable energy sector worldwide.

Henry Val, TSPG CEO stated, "We were able to divest Edgetech fairly fast due to the proximity of the party that had purchased Edgetech and its technology. We also continue to seek best way to divest our Manage Vision Inc. subsidiary and fully focus on renewable energy sector.

"Following this divestiture, we expect TSPG value to rise on the increasing market interest in the renewable technology. Many developing countries are looking to implement these technologies as addition to the traditional sources which are often out of their reach.
