TSS Inc (QB) (TSSI) Share Price

Holding up very well. I think it consolidates until next news which might just be in August with financials.
Dell and possibly Nvidia partners.
What’s not to like here.
I took profits since I bought this in $0.60’s.

I have next support level at $2.50. 25 day moving average.
If that doesn’t hold then 50 day MA around $2.
OTC stocks can definitely have some wild swings.
Trade accordingly.

Held up well today considering the dump in most AI related stocks.
This stock could go either way in the near future.
Really a coin flip. Be prepared to trade for either movement.

Although I am really excited about this company, I had to take some profits.
I have been in this stock since $0.60’s. I always sell some shares in OTC plays.
I think this company still has lots of potential.
Might rebuy shares after next earnings report.
But, what a ride it’s been.
Still believe $5 by EOY.

Really not far fetched. It is very possible.
This company is well run with great potential IMO.
Remember that the CEO left high paying job in Dell to come to TSSI.
He must have some high expectations here.

150,000 share dump on weak bids and there you have 20% drop in OTC stock price. Maybe it’s the last of the CFO sells. Who knows? Let’s see how this responds today and the following 2 days.

Hopefully this will mean more revenues for this hidden gem TSSI. My price targets I think are fair if this continues to deliver. Long term I am hoping for Nasdaq upgrade and mid double digit stock price. Market cap is super cheap and not many shares outstanding. JMO.

Great start to this Monday morning.
TSSI at $2.60.
Is it possible that NITE is out of ammunition?
This could get very interesting here.
NVDA, SMCI, and DELL are all rocking this morning.
TSSI has next earnings coming up next month.
Patiently anticipating some guidance for the next 6 months.

What a amazing few weeks. Really.
Stock closed Friday at $2.50. Highest close for TSSI.
Still holding my shares and curious what next conference call will say.
I think the stock is still undervalued. Looking for $5 by end of summer.
Hopeful with continued success in their business plan this could be $10 in 2025.

Finally BIOE Chinese scam is crashing. Stock was at $10 and now under $1. Stock down 90% which is definitely justified. Stock had No news to justify $10. I saw people buying this week buying $100,000 worth and even $750,000 worth. Seriously. WTF? They should be buying a real company like TSSI with earnings.

Stock hits $2.40 and before you can celebrate someone dumps it down to $2.35.
Someone really doesn’t want this to run.
In the meantime I am watching FCCN run past $4. I saw it 2 weeks ago under $0.75. No news.
Sometimes there is no rhyme or reason why or when these stocks move.

If TSSI closes above $2.40 then MACD histo should turn positive on the day chart.
Patiently (not really) waiting for this stock to make a huge run to $5.

MACD Histo on the day chart looks to be moving from negative to positive.
This could definitely signal a breakout like last time.

Stock finally moves past $2.30 and reaches $2.39 before some jerk sells it down to $2.21.
Just means that there is no great bid support.
Also means some people are messing with the stock.
Oh well. I am long term but these games are annoying.
Why can’t it run to $8 in a week like BIOE. Now that is a crazy play.
Let’s get some buying here and move this to $2.50.

This selling by NITE is getting annoying.
I am hopeful that we will see a huge cross and finally be done with this seller.
I am positive it’s the ex-CFO slowly selling his shares.

I believe ex-CFO who had a million shares is selling lots of 10k, 20k, and 25k shares via NITE. Someone sold 150,000 shares last Thursday on the market. Hopefully he will be out soon with his shares for this stock to move without these road blocks.

Typical low float OTC play. It moved with Dell until Dell crashed after earnings. Both stocks dropped significantly. But typical for OTC stocks, it hasn’t recovered as Dell continues to rebound now at $145.
Last time Dell was at $145, TSSI at $2.35. But now TSSI under $2.
Unfortunately I have noticed lots of large sell orders on TSSI. I just don’t see enough buying power to overcome these sells from $2 to $2.10.
I think the old CFO is selling 25,000 blocks at a time. This could take awhile since he had almost 1 million shares.
Time will tell.

When will they stop with these iceberg sells?
Stock has impressive buying volume.
I think it wants to go to $3 this summer.

Crazy trading yesterday. Strong moved to $2.19 after breaking $2 resistance.
Then it almost immediately crashed down to almost $1.80.
Somehow it recovered and closed strong at $2.05.
Let’s see how it closes out the week. Hopefully it stays above $2.
Chart: 4 hour MACD histo looks to be turning positive. That is usually a very good indicator that the stock is about to make another move. JMO.
Just depends if NITE continues to place those large 25,000 sells anytime the stock starts to move a little.

Just imagine what this could do if it traded over 1 million shares.
Very tight float. No debt. Good sector. Soon positive earnings.
Crazy that this stock still on OTC.
Better than most Nasdaq stocks trading at same price and lower.

And If NITE can stop blocking the stock movement by placing 25,000 share sells below last trading price. I mean seriously dude. Stop being a d!ck.

TSSI just hit $2.19 when someone wanted 25,000 shares really badly.
Maybe the iceberg sells have gone for good.
I think this could hit $3 by end of summer.
Maybe even higher if they announce any deals with Dell or Nvidia.
Congrats to those who got in under $1. What a steal!

Just dropped back to $2.04 on a few hundred shares. Crazy.

Wow. Broke through huge resistance at $1.95-$2.00. I am speechless. I guess others also believe this stock is ridiculously undervalued.

New CFO appears well seasoned. I think this is a huge positive for TSSI.
Regarding stock price… lots of selling from $1.90 to $2.00.
I think this will need some news to move it back above $2.

On June 10, 2024, TSS, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Daniel M. Chism as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective June 7, 2024, succeeding John Penver. A copy of the press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

Mr. Chism, age 56, was previously the Chief Financial Officer at Goodwill Industries of Central Texas from 2020 to 2023, where he also served as a board member and Treasurer for two of Goodwill’s affiliates: Blue Solutions and Goodwill Temporary Services, Inc. Prior to 2020, Mr. Chism held Chief Financial Officer positions at EZCORP, Inc. (NASDAQ EZPW), Cash Solutions Centers, and Gatsby Investments. Mr. Chism holds a master’s degree in professional accounting and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

In connection with Mr. Chism’s appointment to Chief Financial Officer, the Company entered into an employment agreement with Mr. Chism. Under the terms of the employment agreement, Mr. Chism’s base salary is $300,000, which, effective January 1, 2025, will be increased to $325,000. Mr. Chism is eligible to receive a bonus in the amount and on the terms established by the Company’s board. Mr. Chism is also entitled to receive vacation, health insurance and other benefits generally made available to the Company’s other executives. A copy of Mr. Chism’s employment agreement is filed as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K and incorporated by reference into this description.

Mr. Chism and the Company also entered into an award agreement. In accordance with the terms of the award agreement, on June 7, 2024, Mr. Chism received (a) 125,000 shares of restricted stock, vesting in equal annual installments on the first and second anniversaries of the grant date; and (b) an option to purchase 125,000 shares of the Company’s common stock at an exercise price of $1.72 per share, vesting in equal annual installments on the first, second and third anniversaries of the grant date. It will take some huge buys for this to move past $2 again.
70k sell at $1.95 just popped up.
I know there have been 25k sells at $2.
The only good news… if it moves past $2 then this will make some all time highs soon.
