You get, and have gotten, a lot right about Sharp over the years.. But you've always been 100 percent wrong about me. 

WAX the Worldwide Asset Exchange was Sharp's one and only merger that he had fully lined up to merge into his renamed Worldwide NFT shell ticker, until Calasse appeared from the weeds to claim his -- however morally un-deserved -- apparently legally owned shares. Destroying the merger. Quigley the ceo of WAX also known as the NFT company was on record preaching the very same lingo on NFTs that Sharp repeated in his tweets. Leading up to the post-stock split, "promised" land disaster. I didn't tell any lies about the merger that was being lined up. I pointed out the obvious. And unlike smarter investor traders like Lucky who had sold off a sizable percentage of their share holdings, I experienced the full brunt of the 7/8/22 crash. 

And I'm not "hiding," I've moved on from the once upon a time self delusion that was that "George Sharp is THE guy," to tickers that aren't a dead in the water shell.

What mystifies me (but does not "amuse" me, because I do not wish others ill) is 1) that people are still here posting on WNFT, which - even if Calasse had a change of heart and signed off on all his shares - now has zero companies lined up to occupy the shell.
And 2) why is Calasse wasting any more time and $ trying to lay legal claim to the shares which his initial refusal to accept stubborn George's early 2022 buyout deal rendered forever worthless?

What appeal? There is no appeal.
Both parties submitted their arguments.
It's up to the NVSC to provide an update.
An appeal may be possible after a ruling comes out, but I doubt it.

I'm in this for the deal or no deal. Still holding and if this hits even .05 or .10 again we will be good. Not that far off and will be waiting for a parabolic move which I believe can happen. It's simply a numbers game. If the move never happens then I will accept defeat. I don't see why this can't see .45+ again some day. It's all a scam and bad, terrible, no news, defeat, dead, dead, until it's not. One thing I know about the Land of Milk and Honey is that your luck can change extremely quickly.

GS doesn’t have that affect anymore that he used to have after lying about WNFT in 2022 with the “promised land” and GVSI on Feb 2024 the “we are going right up” and “News after market”, and both times his shareholders got crushed like insects. Like LuckyLovie has said many times in the past, for any of his stocks to move up, the merger announcement NEWS has to ONLY come from the CEO of the private company merging in not GS.
Anything GS says now will make the stock drop, not move up.

When is Sharp going to file a new Form 10 for WNFT? It is inexplicable that Sharp filed a Form 15 and deregistered the stock - and stopped reporting to the SEC.

Since WNFT is an empty shell - the audited financials are extremely easy and the cost is negligible - I bet Sharp pays them in stock.

If Sharp drops a nuclear bomb - it will be another non-binding LOI and you will be giddy.

But many shareholders will fly to the moon but it will be to escape anymore financial damage from Sharp.

Although when you look at it in terms of potential profit, the tweet makes more sense. The price climbed from $0.005 to $0.015 through no other news.

I can't imagine Sharp would be so cavalier with investors, but anyone buying low and selling high had the opportunity to make 300%. Now he just has to reset the bait and wait to spring the trap again.

But at this point, it sounds more like living in a fantasy to escape from reality. Reminds me of that bittersweet film called "Life is Beautiful."

I remember on Aug 2022 when GS said that WNFT will look for acquisitions within six weeks and after the six weeks nothing happened, as if he never said anything. Lies and lies. WNFT will go to 0.0024 by Friday if he doesn’t mention anything about Calasse’s case.

Yeah, he loves to kick the can down the road and for some reason he avoids all accountability. That 6 week acquisition was bullshit when he said it, and none of his loyal followers batted an eye when it didn't happen.

The 60 day promise was also bullshit when he said it, so it isn't surprising that nobody cares that it came and went already.

At this point, I'd be more surprised if something Sharp promised actually happened. He's like 0/1000 on his own tickers, yet hypes himself up when criticizing the rest of the OTC.
