I agree, it has as good a chance as any. It's always nice when one of these comes back and has a nice run. Would love to see it happen.

as far as shells go------this one could be a go-----relatively clean , reasonable SS ---coupla hundred million shs versus 10s of billions for alot of these -----too bad the owners never did anything with this-------

That last trade tells the story I'm afraid. A dozen 1000 share trades trying to create the illusion of buying and as soon as the bid got big enough a dump of 200,000 shares. Hate to think of how many times that will have to happen before this turd goes anywhere. I'm so sick of the stock.

Just checked Florida SOS records and "Activ Entertainment INC" (WNRC) is still "Inactive"!

Well, only took 3+ years to exit.

This UPDATE may be helpful for some new to WNRC:

1) Dan Green sold WNRC to Mark Kallan in 2014 and took Satview Broadband private...so we were left with an empty shell.

2) Kallan then inserted "Superhero Scramble, Inc" into WNRC on 8/1/2014.
It Should be noted that Superhero Scramble conducted no business after going public (no races). I believe (IMO) they went public as they were facing bankruptcy and numerous lawsuits at that time.

3) Kallan then merged Superhero into Activ Entertainment, Inc (a Florida shell with no activity) on 6/2/2016.

4) On 9/22/2017, Activ Entertainment, Inc became "Inactive" with the State of Florida for "ADMIN DISSOLUTION FOR ANNUAL REPORT".

5) Mark Kallan has a list of about 20+ companies he's taken dark "Inactive" going back to the 1990s. He specializes in this.

My conclusion is that Sean "Ace" O'Connor paid Kallan to bury his Superhero Scramble in the WNRC shell due to the poor financial position his company was in...but that is only my Opinion.

I would recommend anybody considering buying shares of WNRC to do some very serious DD!

And good luck trying to get Mark Kallan, CEO to answer a phone or respond to an e-mail.

Not looking good. It's pretty clear that he's the only buyer and last week's silly 1000 share ask hits have shrunk even further to 500 share buys today. If this stock symbol was actually a real company and they had real news there would still be an awful lot shares to churn through. Lots of us been stuck for almost a decade.

You gonna need a lot more volume to eat up the selling thats coming

That was almost ten years ago and it was a different kind of fun back then. There was actually a company back then and a small Authorized and float. It's just an empty shell for the last 6 years with with almost zero volume in those years and tons of new shares paid out to those scramble people from your 6 year old PR who never did anything. It's a different kind of fun now though...I'm actually making some of my lost investment back from you. Granted it's in tiny increments of $10-13 a trade as you try to create the illusion of buyers with your 1000 ask hits. Keep it up! We could have several years of fun at this rate.

Repost after this was deleted.....As you know, that bogus PR is from almost a year ago and your supposed short report showing almost 2 million shares bought when actually no shares traded could create the illusion of promise to clueless buyers. I have to give you credit though...your 12 and 13 dollar 1000 share buys at ask and the "restraint" of many of us who are stuck in this for years are creating the illusion that something's happening here. I guess it remains to be seen if you can create some "greater fools" to buy your shares or if you're our greater fool.
