I can't remember the Ask side of Level 2 (shares offered for sale) for NB being this thin. Most of the MM"s only have 100 shares offered for sale all the way up to $3.04 with a couple offering 200 shares, and another couple offering 300 shares. Nothing above 300 shares. Positive news specific to

That $12 million of Pref C is a double edged sword. It represents anywhere from 15-30 Billion shares of dilution…or…the reduction in HMBL’s equity stake in WSCG by 70%…down to 9%.
