Final Terms dated 14 March 2022 relating to the GBP700,000,000 Floating Rate Regulation S Covered Bonds Series 2022-C1 due 2026 issued by Westpac Banking Corporation under its U.S.$40 billion Global Covered Bond Programme unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by BNY Trust Company of Australia Limited as trustee of the Westpac Covered Bond Trust.
