Announcement regarding exercise of call option and delisting

This notice relates to the above mentioned Notes issued by the Issuer pursuant to the base prospectus dated 18 February 2014 relating to the Programme (as supplemented from time to time, the "Base Prospectus") and the final terms relating to the Notes dated 7 September 2014 (the "Final Terms").

The Issuer hereby gives notice to holders of the Notes that, pursuant to Condition 8.3 (Redemption at the option of the Issuer (Issuer Call)) and paragraph 18 of Part A of the Final Terms, the Issuer will redeem all of the outstanding Notes on the Optional Redemption Date and at the Optional Redemption Amount specified below.

The Issuer has requested the delisting of the Notes from Euronext Dublin's regulated market with effect from the Optional Redemption Date.
