Appointment of Director

Swan Housing Association Limited as Shareholder of Swan Housing Capital plc (the" Company") wish to announce that James King has been appointed to the Board with effect from 1 April 2020.

Mr. King, a Chartered Management Accountant is Swan Housing Group's acting Finance Director and does not hold any shares in the Company as Swan Housing Capital plc is a wholly owned subsidiary of Swan Housing Association.

The Company confirms that there is no other information to be disclosed under the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.13R in relation to this appointment.
