Issuance under the GBP2,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme")

ISINS:XS1879603717 and/or XS1976756244

bLEND Funding PLC is pleased to announce that it intends to issue Notes under the Programme with an aggregate principal amount of up to GBP20,000,000 in the next month, subject to market conditions.

Notes issued may be either a tap of the GBP250,000,000 3.459 per cent. Secured Notes due 2047/2049 (ISIN XS1879603717) and/or a tap of the GBP20,000,000 2.922 per cent. Secured Notes due 2054/2056 (ISIN XS1976756244) or a combination of the two.
