                               Board Appointment


As previously announced on 15 September 2006, Mark Adams has today joined the
Board of Alpha Airports Group Plc as Finance Director.


Timothy Redburn, Interim Finance Director, will remain with the Company for a
period of time to ensure a smooth handover process, after which he will step
down from the Main Board.
