    Investment Manager Update
    ACP Mezzanine Limited (AIM:ACPM) ("ACP Mezzanine" or "the Company") announces that all resolutions were passed at the ACP Capital
Limited ("ACP Capital") EGM that was held today, whereby six of the eight directors of ACP Capital were removed from office with immediate
effect and Mr John Chapman, Mr Patrick McCann and Mr James Lowenstein were appointed to the board of ACP Capital.  
    The board of the Company are currently assessing the impact of the change of board control of ACP Capital, the parent of the investment
manager to the Company, and will make further notifications as soon as practicable.
