    ACP Mezzanine Limited (AIM: ACPM) ("ACP Mezzanine" or "the Company") announces a change in board composition and the withdrawal of the
requisition of extraordinary general meeting issued on 1 August 2008.
    Mr Christophe Tanghe today resigned from the board of ACP Mezzanine with immediate effect conditional on Jersey Financial Services
Commission consent.  
    Mr John Chapman has been appointed to the board of the Company.  Further details relating to Mr John Chapman are set out below.
    ACP Capital Limited has confirmed that it has withdrawn the notice issued on 1 August 2008 to convene an extraordinary general meeting
of the Company.
