                   Directors' dealings
                            
The  Company  has today been notified that following  the
recent  placing  and  shareholder  offer,  Chairman   D.B
Douglas  acquired an additional 70,000 shares at 10p  per
share resulting in an aggregate shareholding of 1,470,000
shares  (representing 0.99 percent of  the  issued  share
capital).

A.M.  Cooke,  Finance  Director, acquired  an  additional
1,000  shares at 10p per share resulting in an  aggregate
shareholding of 26,000 (representing 0.02 percent of  the
issued share capital).

Ms  Y  Lari, the wife of A. A. Amiri, Sales and Marketing
Director,  acquired 40, 000 shares at 10p in the  placing
and   shareholder  offer.  As  a  result  A.A  Amiri  and
connected   parties  are  interested  in   an   aggregate
shareholding of 57,090,000 (representing 38.29 percent of
