CHANGE OF AUDITOR
The Board of Directors of Alternative Income REIT Plc (ticker:
AIRE), the owner of a diversified portfolio of UK commercial
property assets, predominantly let on long leases, announces that
it has approved the appointment of Moore Kingston Smith LLP ("MKS")
as the Company's auditor with effect from 23 June 2021 following
the conclusion of a competitive tender process led by the Company's
Audit Committee.
MKS will conduct the audit of the Group's financial statements
for the financial year ending 30 June 2021. The appointment of MKS
for the subsequent financial year will be subject to approval by
the Company's shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting to be
held in 2021.
MKS replaces KPMG LLP ("KPMG"), which has formally resigned as
the Company's auditor. A copy of KPMG's reason for their
resignation under Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006 is
