The Net Asset Values (“NAVs”) for the above company as at the close of business on 6 December 2016 were:-
Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) = 208.57p
Ordinary Share (including current year revenue) = 212.58p
Zero Dividend Preference Share = 153.95p
The market value of investments was GBP338.0m less net liabilities (including Zero Dividend Preference Shares) of GBP105.2m to leave Shareholders’ Funds of GBP232.8m.
