                           Director's Share Transfer



Ambrian Capital plc (AIM: AMBR), the specialist investment banking group,
announces the following transfer of ordinary shares in the Company by Tom
Gaffney, Chief Executive.  There is no change in Mr. Gaffney's total
shareholding in the company as a result of the transfer.

On 4 April 2008, Mr. Gaffney sold 756,800 ordinary shares in the company at 40p
a share and on the same day 756,800 ordinary shares were purchased at 40p a
share by Mr. Gaffney's Self Invested Personal Pension account held in an L&C
Pensions SIPP.
