Admission of Ordinary Shares in the Company to Listing and
Trading
Following its announcement made on 23 September 2021 of the
pricing of its initial public offering of American Depositary
Shares ("ADSs") on the NASDAQ Global Select Market (the "Pricing
Announcement") Argo (LSE: ARB) is pleased to announce that
application has been made for admission of 85,250,000 ordinary
shares to listing on the official list of the Financial Conduct
Authority (standard segment) and to trading on the main market for
listed securities of the London Stock Exchange Plc.
The ordinary shares referred to above are comprised of the
75,000,000 ordinary shares referred to in the Pricing Announcement,
together with a further 10,250,000 ordinary shares, representing
1,025,000 ADSs, which have been purchased by the underwriters
pursuant to the option referred to in the Pricing Announcement.
Admission to listing and trading in respect of the
abovementioned ordinary shares will occur on 28 September 2021.
A registration statement relating to the ADSs has been filed
with the SEC and became effective on September 22, 2021. This press
