Comsys secures contract with Tele2
Artilium plc (LSE/AIM: ARTA), the AIM quoted provider of
innovative telecommunication software and solutions, announces that
it has signed a contract with Tele2 AB ("Tele2"), one of Europe's
fastest growing telecom operators. Tele2 have selected Comsys' IVR
Outbound Dialer/Voice Broadcasting solution which will enable them
to contact thousands of people in a short timeframe for a range of
purposes including marketing, emergency notifications, top-up
reminders and billing notifications.
The IVR Outbound Dialer/Voice Broadcasting solution is one of
the solutions available on the Comsys Service Delivery Platform and
can be provided as an out of the box solution or on the Cloud Based
Service platform of ComsysConnect. The solution is very flexible
and easy to use and users can create multiple outbound campaigns
for each unique list of numbers to be called and combine this with
IVR (interactive voice response) flows. Each campaign can have
dedicated settings such as calling number, calendar and ring time.
The IVR Outbound Dialer will be activated on the PAN-European
Service Delivery platform delivered by Comsys.
In addition to the IVR Outbound Dialer/Voice Broadcasting
solution, Tele2 is already using the Interactive Voice Response,
Survey, Service Creation Environment, Intelligent Roaming and
Missed Call Alert solutions from Comsys for all of its European
subsidiaries.
