                              Exercise of warrants


Black Rock (stock code: BLR), announces that the Company has issued 79,470 new
ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to an exercise of
warrants.


In addition to the 79,470 new Ordinary Shares in respect of the above warrant
exercise, the Company has identified a further 30,004,575 new Ordinary Shares to
be admitted to AIM, the issue of which has been previously announced but in
respect of which former advisers of the Company made no application at the
relevant time to AIM (the "Additional Shares") as set out in the table below:

              aggregate amounting to 18,903,934 warrants exercised.
              The total amount of warrants exercised in fact only
              amounted to 18,303,934 warrants. Accordingly, the
              announcement over-stated the number of warrants

On 7 July the Company announced a share placing and warrant exercise. A rounding
error amounting to 40 Ordinary Shares resulted in an error in the application
made by the Company for these placing shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.


Accordingly, an application for trading on AIM will be made for 30,084,005
Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Following such application the
issued share capital admitted to AIM will amount to 689,591,885 Ordinary Shares,
being the same number as confirmed to be issued by the Company's registrars.
