TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Boku (AIM: BOKU), a leading provider of mobile payment
solutions, announces that on 14 September 2022 it purchased,
through Peel Hunt LLP, 150,000 common stock of $0.0001 each in the
Company ("Common Stock") on the London Stock Exchange (the
"Repurchased Shares"), pursuant to the share buyback programme (the
"Buyback Programme") that was announced on 7 July 2022. The
Repurchased Shares will be held in treasury.

Total Voting Rights
Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital
consists of 299,070,451 Common Stock, of which 950,000 Common Stock
are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights
is 298,120,451. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator
for the calculations by which they can determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest
in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.

596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation) as incorporated into UK
domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, the

Company's Buyback Programme.
