                       Capital Ideas plc (the "Company")

                        Correction to Directorate Change


The Company draws the market's attention to certain additional information which
relates to the Directorate Change and Holding(s) in Company announcement
released at 14.51 on 5 December 2007 under RNS number 1487J (the "5 December
Announcement"). The Company advises that the compensation package paid to Alun
Williams in connection with his resignation was incorrectly stated.  The correct
position is that the Company has agreed to pay him a total of #30,000 as
compensation for loss of office, such amount being payable on or before 20
December 2007.

The further #50,000 payment referred to in the 5 December Announcement was
payable to Academy of International Sports Limited (trading as The Sports
Academy), a company of which Alun Williams is Chairman and the sole shareholder,
for services that it provided to the Company, and not to Alun Williams in
respect of bonus payments as previously stated. #40,000 of the total has already
been paid with the remaining #10,000 due to be paid on or before 20 December
2007. This #50,000 is net of VAT of #8,750 which the Company has agreed will be
paid to The Sports Academy in February 2008.

In addition, and in relation to the appointment of Anita Madhas as a director of
the Company, the Company advises that Anita was also previously a director of
Valley Schools Plc until her resignation on 31 May 2007.
