Transaction in Own Shares

and Total Voting Rights

D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4) announces that on 1 December 2017 it purchased 79,155 ordinary shares of 2 pence in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 129.9903 pence per Ordinary Shares, to be held in treasury for the purpose of satisfying future obligations in relation to its employees' or other share schemes.

The purchase of Ordinary Shares was effected in accordance with the terms of the Company's general authority to make market purchases of its own Ordinary Shares granted to it by shareholders of the Company on 27 July 2017.

Pursuant to the above, the Company advises that the issued share capital of D4t4 remains as 38,261,019 Ordinary Shares, with 82,554 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 38,178,465.

The above total voting rights figure of 38,178,465 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
