                       ("Claims People" or "the Company")

                                 AGM STATEMENT

2004 was a year which saw the integration and rationalisation of our acquired
businesses and produced an approximate 36% increase in turnover and an
approximate 106% increase in profit after tax.

Strong support from our existing clients has continued into 2005 and we are
currently seeking to extend our successful 'Verify' product into the liability
claims market and will be introducing our 'Protect' creditor claim product in
the second half of the year.

We are seeking to broaden our shareholder base and stimulate investor interest
and in this regard will be exhibiting at the Growth Company Investor Show at the
Barbican on 22 June 2005. We will be glad to welcome shareholders to our stand
at this event.

I stated in my Chairman's Statement in the 2004 Report and Accounts that we
would be actively pursuing acquisition opportunities and we hope to be able to
make further announcements in this regard shortly.

All resolutions put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company
held today were duly passed with substantial majorities.
