On 10 December 2018, David Lockwood, CEO, purchased 148 ordinary
2.5 pence shares of the Company ("Shares"), at 101.69 pence per
share, as part of the Company's Share Incentive Plan.
David Mellors, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 148 ordinary
