The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it received notification on 7
February 2008 by Hargreave Hale Limited ("Hargreave Hale") that, as at 6
February 2008, Hargreave Hale has an aggregate direct and indirect interest in
8,225,273 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company, representing
9.98% of the voting rights in the Company.

In addition, the board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it received
notification on 7 February 2008 by Newton Investment Management Limited
("Newton") that, as at 6 February 2008, Newton no longer has a notifiable
interest in the Company.
