Following closing of the cash offer by Hawkpoint Partners Limited ("Hawkpoint")
on behalf of Net-Ein SA for the share capital of Deep-Sea Leisure, the Board of
Deep-Sea Leisure announces the appointment with immediate effect of Hawkpoint as
Nominated Adviser to the Company in place of KPMG Corporate Finance.
