 Entelos to partner with Unilever to develop next generation Physiolab platform

Entelos, Inc. (LSE: ENTL) announced today that is has entered into a joint
development and licensing agreement with Conopco Inc. d/b/a Unilever
("Unilever").

Under this collaboration, the companies will be working closely to take
advantage of Entelos' proprietary Physiolab(R) platform technology to enhance
Unilever's R&D pipeline. The Physiolab platform developed during this
collaboration will complement Unilever's internal capabilities and create a
powerful integrated discovery platform to accelerate Unilever's product
development. Entelos will receive an upfront payment, license fees, and
milestones payments and will retain rights to use the technology outside of
Unilever's fields of interest and to build similar platforms independently of
Unilever.
