acquired 1,631,756 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  As a result, Gartmore Investment
Limited now has an interest in 20,580,490 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.00% of the Company's issued share capital.  The number of voting
rights is also 20,580,490.
