eServGlobal Appoints New Nominated Advisor & Broker for AIM

eServGlobal Limited (LSE: ESG & ASX: ESV), a provider of end-to-end solutions 
enabling smart communication, charging and payment services, today announces the 
appointment of Altium as NOMAD and Broker for its listing on the London Stock 
Exchange's AIM Market.

in 2004. We believe that Altium have the resources and skills to assist us to 
expand our UK investor base and grow value over the coming years." commented Ian

In addition eServGlobal announces that, following the placing dated 15 June 
2009, application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 24, 595,440 
ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that 
dealings will commence on or around 23 June 2009. Following the placing the 
enlarged issued share capital of the company will be 196,661,038 ordinary shares 
with 3,923,478 ESOP options (unlisted).
