esure Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 29 December 2016 that Stuart Vann and Darren Ogden, Directors of the Company, and person's discharging managerial responsibilities were each granted an option over ordinary shares of 1/12p each in the Company under the esure Sharesave Plan 2013, at an option price of 159.72 pence per share.
