First Artist was informed today that Richard Hughes, Group Finance Director of
First Artist, purchased 333,333 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary
Shares") in the Company today at a price of 3p per share.

Accordingly, Richard Hughes is now interested in 333,333 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.7 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
