In line with our plans to consolidate our success and prepare for future growth,
the Board of Fishworks announces the following reallocation of executive
responsibilities.


Mitch Tonks is to lead our development and growth, part of which will be by
spearheading a substantial media campaign, including Books, TV and PR and will
remain on the Board as an executive Director.  In order to assist him to achieve
this, Paul Goodale, aged 35, our present COO will be stepping up to the role of
CEO.


The Fishworks Board acknowledges the extraordinary effort Mitch put into
founding, floating and growing the 12 sites in the role of CEO and the essential
contribution he will have towards our future.  Paul Goodale has demonstrated
substantial skill and commitment since joining the Group and his focus in his
new role will be to create consistency alongside our growth.


The companies of which Mr Goodale has been a director of over the past five
years are as follows:



Pie House Ltd*
Bank Restaurant Group plc
Zinc Bar & Grill Ltd



All directorships have ceased unless otherwise stated.

There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of
the AIM rules.
